WORKS
A record of realized vision
We operate where creative vision meets cognitive clarity. From cinematic documentary to institutional strategy, these are the results of rigorous systems applied to the friction of the creative process.
CASE STUDY 01
TYLER HOBBS STUDIO
Role: Strategic Advisor
Field: Fine Art / Institutional Strategy
THE CONTEXT
Orchestrating the transition of a premiere digital-native artist into a permanent pillar of the contemporary art world. This required a dual-track strategy: maintaining aggressive market momentum while simultaneously securing long-term institutional legitimacy.
THE WORK
We provide ongoing Strategic Advisory and operational oversight across the studio’s most ambitious initiatives. This includes developing the narrative strategy for major releases, navigating the transition from digital to physical mediums, and directing the studio’s institutional presence—from keynote summits to solo exhibitions and collaborative projects.
THE OUTCOME
Successfully secured permanent collection acquisitions by SFMOMA and LACMA. Beyond institutional entry, the established strategic framework supported multi-million dollar commercial success across both primary and secondary markets, ensuring the studio’s sustainable growth as a dominant force in the contemporary era.
CASE STUDY 02
EMERGENCE IN MARFA
Role: Director / Producer
Field: Cinematic Documentation / Narrative Architecture
THE CONTEXT
The generative art movement represents a historical transition in contemporary art, yet its narrative is often reduced to the "black box" of the algorithm. This leaves the deliberate craft, philosophical depth, and human intent behind the code largely uncaptured.
THE WORK
Directing a cinematic investigation into the intersection of code and consciousness. We lead the creative direction and cinematic production of a dual-medium project, applying narrative structure to the high-desert landscape of Marfa, Texas. To ensure a permanent archive, we developed a companion audio series, hosting deep-form dialogues with the movement’s architects to move the discourse from technical logic to the organic complexity of creative emergence.
THE OUTCOME
A high-fidelity document of the contemporary art era. By framing the artifact through both film and audio, the project works to demystify the movement while ensuring the human signal remains the central focus of this historical transition. (Coming 2026)
CASE STUDY 03
ART BLOCKS
Role: Systems Design
Field: Organizational Performance / Infrastructure
THE CONTEXT
As the premiere platform for generative art, Art Blocks operates at the epicenter of intense market pressure and technical innovation. Sustaining this pace requires specialized internal infrastructure to manage extreme cognitive load and prevent the burnout and operational friction that follow rapid institutional growth.
THE WORK
We partnered with Art Blocks leadership to design and implement a custom Systems Design framework. By installing proprietary protocols—including the Five Periods and the Morning Routine—we built a high-fidelity workflow that protects the team’s cognitive rhythms. This engagement focused on shifting the operational culture from reactive urgency to intentional, high-signal execution.
THE OUTCOME
The implementation of a frictionless internal system, ensuring the team maintains the clarity and capacity required to sustain its position as an industry leader. By treating cognitive health as a strategic prerequisite for world-class output, the studio now operates with a sustainable foundation for long-term excellence.
CASE STUDY 04
EXECUTIVE ADVISORY
Role: 1-on-1 Systems Design
Field: Performance Optimization / Private Practice
THE CONTEXT
Transitioning a high-output principal—operating as both a CEO and a vanguard artist—from a state of reactive overload into a state of dynamic focus. The challenge was to manage the extreme pressure of high-stakes environments (ranging from the art market to institutional leadership) by optimizing the client’s daily operating rhythms and cognitive frameworks.
THE WORK
We designed and installed a custom performance infrastructure, translating traditional mindfulness practices into the client’s native dialects of Systems Theory and Generative Art. Utilizing a modular framework—The Seven Friends—we built specific protocols for emotional regulation and high-pressure decision making. A core component of the work was the application of the E-R-R (Event-Reaction-Response) model: viewing thoughts and emotions as generative outputs rather than absolute truths. The methodology pivoted from "Acquisition" to "Stewardship," focusing on nervous system regulation and physical sustainability to support high-fidelity performance.
THE OUTCOME
A fundamental shift from reactive stress to embodied systems awareness. The client achieved the ability to observe their internal responses in real-time, utilizing the body as a resource rather than ignoring it. By framing rest and stewardship as active performance protocols, the engagement established a self-correcting internal system capable of navigating complex institutional roadmaps with minimal cognitive drag.
CASE STUDY 05
MUSIC PRODUCER, RECORDING & PERFORMING ARTIST
Role: Principal Artist / Producer
Field: Arts & Entertainment
THE CONTEXT
A decade-long tenure operating within the international music circuit. The environment required sustained creative output while navigating the grueling logistics of international touring and the market pressures of competitive hubs like Austin, Texas.
THE WORK
Directed the full creative and operational cycle for a multi-disciplinary music duo. Responsibilities included composing all instrumental works, arranging and producing studio recordings, and directing the visual and sonic narrative for live performances. On the operational axis, we led the business strategy, marketing, and promotional architecture, including the successful orchestration of West Coast, East Coast, and European tours.
THE OUTCOME
A ten-year record of creative persistence and logistical clarity. This era served as the primary field-testing for the Flow Fields methodology—proving that high-fidelity output can be maintained in environments of extreme pressure through intentional systems and self-contained management protocols.
CASE STUDY 00
PROTOCOL GENESIS
Role: Systems Architect
Field: Research & Development / The Foundation
THE CONTEXT
Faced with a period of chronic burnout and severe migraines, I recognized that my existing relationship with mindfulness was being compromised by the noise and chaos of the modern environment. To resolve this, I initiated a Vacuum State Study: a three-month deployment to a remote region of the Philippines. The objective was a total exit from the high-stimulus grid to answer a single question: When the noise is gone, what signal do I want to produce?
THE WORK
I conducted a one-month immersion in total solitude—no internet, no external input, and no distraction. Through intensive meditation and fasting, I recalibrated my internal system to lower resistance and increase clarity. It was during this phase that I designed the primary tools of the Flow Fields methodology: the Five Periods, the Morning and Clock-out routines, and the specialized meditation toolkit. I wasn't just "finding peace"; I was building the framework for a high-signal way of being human.
THE OUTCOME
The realization of a self-correcting internal system that I have successfully maintained through the "reverse culture shock" of returning to the West. This era laid the foundational understanding of systems design—realizing that the same principles used to manage one's internal focus are the ones required to lead high-stakes production in film, music, and strategic advisory. This experience remains the source code for my 2026 practice: the proof that we can architect our internal systems to maintain high-fidelity presence regardless of external chaos.
